Orders & Shipping

Once your order has been placed, it will be added to your shopping account under My Order Status. If you placed an order using a Guest account, you will receive your order details by e-mail.

 
Shipping Policy

Free delivery is available to all provinces and territories in Canada.

Delivery typically takes 2–14 business days for East Coast orders and 5–14 business days for West Coast orders, once shipped. Orders to remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days. 

 

Signature Requirements

Direct Signature is required. This means someone at your delivery address must sign for the package. If nobody is home at the time of delivery, a notice will be left at your door and the package will be sent to a nearby location for convenient pickup.

Tracking Your Shipment

To check the status of your shipment, please enter your tracking number on the carriers website. Please allow 24 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation for the tracking number to become active.
