    How do I use my 0promo code? Once you’ve selected products to order, click the bag icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen, then select 'View' and 'Edit Bag' from the drop-down menu. Enter your code in the 'Promo Code' field, and click 'Apply.' Can I use more than one promo code? Promo codes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. How can I receive special offers and promotions? To receive exclusive special offers, promotions, and news about our products and services, all you need to do is provide us with your email address. By subscribing to our email list, you'll be among the first to know about our latest products, upcoming sales, and other exclusive offers.
  • Orders & Purchases
    Can I cancel or modify my order? Due to a high volume of order processing, we cannot modify or cancel your order. Please make sure your order details are correct before placing your order. I never received my order confirmation. Should I be worried? If it's not in your spam box, please log in to your account to see your order status. If you checked out as a guest, please contact our customer service department. Why was my order canceled? We're sorry if this is the case, we try our best to fulfill every order. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. Either your order was canceled due to a credit card security check or because we no longer have the item in stock and there is no restock planned. In that case, you should receive your refund within 5 business days. Which payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Klarna, google pay, apple pay, and shop pay. IMPORTANT: Please make sure that your billing address (name, address, and postal code) matches the address associated with your credit card. You still can have an order shipped to another address. Can I pay in installments? Yes! We offer Klarna, a "Buy Now, Pay Later" principle. You check out, choosing Klarna as a payment method, and you can pay in instalments (conditions apply). Can I change or adjust my shipping address? We are unable to change the delivery address once an order has been placed. This is because our system automatically generates a shipping label with the address provided at the time of purchase. If you need to change your address, we recommend contacting the courrier." Can I use my store credit/gift card online? Currently, this is unfortunately not possible. However, you may switch out your store credit or in-store gift card for an online gift card. Please send an email with your request and a picture or your store credit or gift card number to support@theateliervogue.com. Our Customer service team is happy to assist you. How do pre-orders work? For products listed as "Pre-Order," the product is not in stock yet but it has been made available to purchase in advance. You will be invoiced upon ordering to reserve your item. The approximate ship date for the item(s) is listed in the product description. Please note that Pre-Order dates are approximate and subject to change. You will receive a notification when the item has been shipped. Pre-Orders are excluded from promotions, unless otherwise explicitly stipulated. Will my order be subject to any additional taxes? It depends on your shipping address. Sales taxes in Canada vary by province. Please see the Canada Retail Council’s fact sheet for more information.

    At Theateliervogue, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. Therefore, we offer a flexible exchange policy. If you wish to exchange an item, you can do so within 7 days from the date of purchase. Please note, we do not provide refunds, and exchanges are the only option available. The item must be in its original condition with tags attached. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details.     What kind of warranty does The Atelier Vogue offer? All of The Atelier Vogue products are backed by a One-Year Craftsmanship Warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. What does the warranty cover? The warranty applies to issues such as: • Seams or stitching coming apart • Hardware (zippers, snaps, buttons) malfunctioning • Material defects that affect performance or appearance It does not cover: • Wear and tear, accidents, or misuse • Damage from improper care • Stains, pilling, fading, or alterations not done by The Atelier Vogue How do I request a warranty evaluation? Please contact our Aftercare team with your proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a brief description. What happens once I submit a claim? We always aim to repair your item first—this is part of our commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability. If a repair is possible, we’ll coordinate it at no cost. If the item can’t be repaired, a credit for the original purchase value will be issued. How long does the process take? Claims are typically assessed within 7–10 business days. If eligible, repairs may require additional time depending on availability of parts. What if my item is no longer under warranty? Even if your warranty has expired, we’ll do our best to help with care tips or repair suggestions.
  • Shipping
    Will I receive a tracking number? When your order is shipped, depending on your shipping method, you will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number. In the meantime, you may follow your order status via your account. How long does shipping take? Our FedEx Ground shipping option typically takes 2–4 business days for East Coast deliveries and 5–7 business days for West Coast deliveries, once the order has shipped. Remote areas might take a day or two longer. For more information, please visit our shipping page. Why hasn’t my order been shipped? Normally, orders are shipped within 5 business days. We'll update you within 5 days of the order date in case your order incurs a delay, or if it's out of stock and we'll need to refund you. If your order hasn't shipped after 8 days, please contact us so we can follow up for you. What are the shipping options? We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping method is FedEx Ground, which typically delivers within 2–4 business days. Deliveries to remote areas may take an additional 1–2 days. For customers in the Montreal area and on select products, additional delivery options may be available at checkout.. For more information, please visit our shipping page. Which countries do you ship to? Currently we only ship to Canada and the United States. We hope to be able to offer our products to the UK and Europe in the near future. How much do you charge for shipping? We offer free shipping on all orders over $300. For orders under $300, there is a shipping fee of $8.95 + taxes. Additionally, return shipments are also free of charge. I've received a damaged item, what do I do? Our goal is to provide you with a flawless shopping experience, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused by your order not arriving in optimal condition. To help us keep track of the issue, please share a clear image of the problem along with your order number through our messenger or email at the earliest. We are committed to making it right and will promptly send you a replacement item. To initiate the process, please contact us to request a return shipping label. I haven’t received my shipment, can you help? Please email us at support@theateliervogue.com mentioning your order number and your question. Will I need to sign for my delivery? If your order is $300 or more, a signature will be required at delivery. This is called Direct Signature, which means anyone at your shipping address can sign for the package. If your order is under $300, no signature is required. Your package will be left at the shipping address you provided. What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives? For orders $300 and over (Direct Signature): If no one is available to sign, the carrier will attempt redelivery or may leave a notice with further instructions. For orders under $300: The carrier will leave your package at the delivery address. Who is responsible for the package once it’s delivered? Once your order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to you. We recommend ensuring your delivery location is secure and monitoring your tracking updates.
